In addition to selling devices and kits, I often host workshops on various subjects related to DIY electronics. Soldering, performning with electronics, design, programing, and so on are subjects I’m happy to talk about, in person or online. I am also happy to do design work for hire, either conceptual, electronic, PCB CAD, etc. I've also a bit of some custom instruments, modifications and repairs, and I'm happy to do more. Just get in touch and we can arrange something.
The best way to contact me is via email. In order to avoid getting spammed, here is my email adress in a complicated format:
• it starts with info
• @ follows
• the domain (meaning equivalent of gmail.com) is noise.technology.
• The noise.technology email list. Announcements and such.
• @noise.technology Youtube channel
• mainwright on Instagram. Posts are both about my music as Max Wainwright and devices as noise.technology. Plus a bit of general life stuff, i.e. dog photos.
• Mastodon. General/personal use and less posts, but you can catch some early hints of upcoming things and ideas there. Mastodon rules.
noise.technology is a small one-man operation specialising in devices for experimental electronic music, based in Uppsala, Sweden. Behind it lies Max Wainwright, composer, performer, sound artist.
Picture of the page owner, just after panic-buying stripboards, drills and wire at GM electronic in Brno before a workshop. It was a nice shop so in retrospect, not packing so good was ok.
